DIAL: Silver dial (patinated to cream color) with white gold applied hour markers, white gold hands with tritium luminous interior. Date aperture at 3 o’clock and Day aperture at 12 o’clock.

CASE: 36mm, 18K white gold with ‘fluted’ bezel and sapphire glass with loupe for date at 3 o’clock.

MOVEMENT: Caliber 3055, Single Quick, Self-winding chronometer movement, 27 jewels

BRACELET: 18K white gold Rolex ‘President’ bracelet, ref 8385

CONDITION REPORT: The dial is in excellent condition and has aged evenly with a stunning cream patina. The case and bracelet appear worn sparingly and unpolished. The bracelet is long and is fully linked.

NOTES: The Rolex 18039 is a vintage Day-Date “President” made in 18k white gold with a 36mm case and fluted bezel. It uses the calibre 3055, introducing a quickset date for easier adjustment. Produced mainly in the late 1970s–1980s, it’s valued for its classic design and understated white gold look.
