The Breguet 5237 is the successor to the 3237, retaining the same classical manually wound chronograph architecture while introducing a larger and more contemporary case design. Like the 3237, it is powered by the Lemania-based Caliber 533.3 and features Breguet’s characteristic fluted caseband, guilloché silvered dial, and blued “Breguet” hands. The main change is the increase in diameter from 36 mm on the 3237 to 38 mm on the 5237, giving the watch a more modern presence on the wrist while preserving its traditional proportions. The 5237 represents an evolution of the 3237 rather than a complete redesign, maintaining the same emphasis on hand-wound mechanical simplicity and classical Breguet chronograph design.
