NOTES: Gerald Genta launched his brand in 1969, but really began promotion of his watches in 1983 along with his wife Evelyne after opening his watch workshop in Geneva in 1982. They ran the watch brand together until 1999, when they sold the brand. Among Genta's bold designs under his own name and daring ideas, skeltonized mechanical pieces were a favorite of the designer.
