- Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considerer as described.

- Our vintage watches are systematically checked and restored, if needed, by our highly qualified Swiss watchmakers

- All watches are guaranteed to be authentic and in the condition described.

- Vintage watches are by default not waterproof although, depending on the condition, some will be. In any case, Roy & Sacha Davidoff SA does make sure that watches are in the best possible condition for daily usage but does not guarantee any water resistance on its vintage watches.

- We are NOT affiliated with any manufacturer of any items we sell or mention.

- Used watches from Roy & Sacha Davidoff SA are described individually to indicate their condition and whether the original packaging, documentation, and warranty are available.

- Images and content relate only to the actual watch for sale. All watches are in our stock and available.

- For privacy purposes, some numbers may be blurred in photos.

- Offers are subject to prior sale, corrections, error, or removal from the market.

Warranty:

- If not mentioned in the listing, a one-year warranty is available on certain models at an additional fee. Please inquire for more details.

Shipping, Duties & Payment:

- All prices and payments are in Swiss Francs (CHF)

- We provide international shipping, but please inquire in advance if we ship to your country or not.

- International shipping is done by express courier and fully insured by our shipping agent.

- Swiss shipments are sent by registered mail and also fully insured. 

- We do not mark values below the purchase price and do not describe contents as ‘gifts’.

- All prices listed or communicated by e-mail in response to a price inquiry do not include insurance, handling, and worldwide shipment and will be quoted separately depending on the destination. Any applicable taxes and duties, (for example import duty and VAT), must be paid by the customer to the shipping agent upon receipt of the watch. Please do not confuse these for additional shipping charges.

- Please provide your phone number for the shipping carrier, we will not share this information.

- The customer shall pay the purchase price to ROY & SACHA DAVIDOFF SA by wire transfer, depending on the amount of the listing. Cash payment is also possible in Geneva, upon request, and depending on the amount.
