CONDITION REPORT: Overall excellent condition, all original

NOTES: The reference 145.022-71 was the last reference to come standard with a step dial, although a few early -74 have been found with step dials also. This was the first Speedmaster to feature the full moon & NASA text on the caseback with the embossed hippocampus badge in the center still found today on moonwatch Speedmasters.
