DIAL: Black (dark black) matte dial with applied logo, tritium hour markers, Orange center seconds hand

MOVEMENT: Calibre 321, hand-wound column wheel chronograph, 17 jewels

BRACELET: Omega stainless steel 1039/516 dated 67

CONDITION REPORT: The dial is in mint condition and the markers have a stunning patina. The case & bracelet are worn, but unpolished and overall a stunning piece.

Notes: According to the Omega Museum, the present example was delivered in 1968 to Sweden with the special orange hand. It is one of the earliest examples known and recognized by the Omega Museum.

Ultraman is a Japanese fictional superhero that was the protagonist on a popular sci fi TV show from 1966 to the 1970's. The Omega Speedmaster with the orange center seconds hand appears in the show and the production series is limited to only 145.012-67 case reference within the 26072xxx-26079xxx serial number range. In addition, although there was no specific country of delivery (spread out) most examples were delivered in June of 1968, although a few have been known to be delivered earlier, including this example.
