AMF Cornavin*** Diver P.810 US Spec*** 1962
AMF CORNAVIN Diver P.810, Ultra-Rare USA Feet Dial, 1962
Serial: 172
Circa: 1962
Reference No.: P.810

CASE: 42mm Stainless Steel, acrylic crystal, screw back

DIAL: Black matte dial with hour window, radium markers, large radium ring around the periphery of the dial, central blued minutes & seconds with radium luminous material

MOVEMENT: F 810, automatic, 17 jewels

BRACELET: Leather strap with additional straps

CONDITION REPORT: Stunning and original condition, the dial and hands are mint with nice patina of the original radium luminous material. The case is as sharp as can be with only a few minor wear marks. The crystal has some scratches and also remains untouched. Note: scratches on the photos are on the crystal and not on the dial.

NOTES: This already rare diving watch is hard to find with only a few examples having surfaced. To the best of our knowledge this watch dates back to 1962-1963 and therefore fitted with radium luminous markers, dial outer circle and hands. This is the only example we have observed to have a 'Feet' dial and matching with the US import code "CWQ" (previously unknown code) on the movement.
