The dial is in excellent condition with some very slight darkening of the lume. The hands are also original tritium with a few little dark spots on luminous material including seconds chrono hand. Overall excellent and honest example.

NOTES: According to the Omega Museum archives, this watch movement corresponds to a movement manufactured December 7, 1967. The watch was subsequently delivered to the United Kingdom November 6, 1968 and the watch guarantee papers show a date of sale in 1969.

At the end of the 105.003 series, Omega re-referenced this model as 145.003 internally and seen on some catalogs. The original papers of this watch mentions the reference as well and we've seen this before on late deliveries as retailers copied the reference delivered on invoice by Omega. What is exceptional here, it the double reference on the inside caseback where under the 105.003-65 we see a 145.003 SP added. A truly unique last series example with a nice complete set. The papers are filled out and dated 1969.
