Serial: 624997
Circa: 1968
Reference: 7016/0

DIAL: Black dial with luminous hour markers and triangular marker at 12. Silver ‘mercedes’ hands.

CASE: 40mm, strainless steel case with blue rotating diver bezel. Glass in acrylic
Inner case back dated 1.68 (Ref. 7528)

MOVEMENT: ETA 2483, 25 jewels, automatic

BRACELET: Rubber strap

CONDITION REPORT: Good overall condition. The case appears unpolished, dial is in good condition with cream patina on the indexes.

NOTES: This dial has the very rare transitional 'radial' configuration with silver gilt rose logo (pre-shield). This 7016 with semi-pointy crown guards was only found on the first few 7016 after the 7928 was discontinued with the Caliber 390 in favor of the ETA 2483 and the reference 7016 began. This was the only pre-snowflake dial found on the very first 7016 manufactured.
