CASE: 42mm, stainless steel, steel with black tachymeter bezel, Seahorse and Speedmaster engraved on the case back

DIAL: Brown 'tropical' matte dial with applied logo, tritium hour markers

MOVEMENT: Calibre 321, hand-wound column wheel chronograph, 17 jewels

BRACELET: Omega stainless steel flat link 1039/516

CONDITION REPORT: The dial has faded evenly over time to a chocolate brown color. This dial is the correct 'high swiss' configuration for a 105.012 reference. The tritium lume on the dial is intact and has darkened slightly over time with a nice cream patina.
The case appears is unpolished and remains thick, the double bevel case back and logo are clearly visible. The bezel has faded to a 'ghost' blue color over time.

Notes: According to the Omega Museum the present watch was delivered to Argentina in 1966.

In the early 'professional' series of Speedmaster with lyre lugs the reference 105.012 was used in production of cases dated form 1963 to 1966.
