NOTES: The De Ville was introduced 1967 as a dress watch collection incorporating all the technological advances Omega had made into elegant timepieces. De Ville in French translates to for (or from) the city and Deauville is a seaside city in the north of France. This particular watch has a fairly rare case back closing system utilizing 2 pins like a ‘treasure chest’ style closing. This system was quickly phased out by Omega due to the lack of popularity.
