DESCRITPION: Extremely rare vintage Nivada Depthmaster in stainless steel with ‘mini-Panerai’ style case, bi-directional 60min bezel and uniquely styled art-deco dial.

MOVEMENT: Caliber 2451, self-winding mechanical movement, 21 jewels

DIAL: Original black dial with luminous ‘Art-Deco’ hour markers, luminous sword minutes hand, luminous ice cream cone hour hand and red sweep seconds hand all original.

CASE: 38mm, Good condition thick stainless steel 1000m case, very rare for this time period. The lugs have heavy duty screw-pins instead of spring-bars and very thick case-back with movement dustcover.

NOTES: Nivada is a Swiss watch company founded in 1879 in the town of Grenchen, Switzerland. Grenchen is the same town where several watch manufacturers were also established, including Breitling SA, ETA SA, Fortis, Eterna SA and Titoni Ltd. Very little information is available on these ultra-rare timepieces, which also makes them highly collectible. This model was mostly made with a date, but the original design has no date and is almost impossible to find.
