NOTES: Breitling has long history of empathizing with the needs of the busy flight-professional, harking back to the 1930s with the advent of their first iconic chronographs. During the early 1950s, the same time that Pan Am and Rolex were developing the travelers sports watch, the GMT Master, Breitling distinguished itself by introducing a sophisticated model named Unitime, a self-winding “world time” watch that has since become a much sought-after collector’s item. This piece is a collector dream due to its historical relevance, its ideal wearable size of 37mm, has a self-winding movement, is easy to read and easy to use and has the hours, minutes, sweep seconds and date that make up the basic needs for a mechanical timepiece.
